Approved by the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs (MAEE), SOS Faim is a development NGO, governed by a General Assembly which, every two years, elects a Governing board. A team of ten people, led by a director, proposes the operational strategy and implements it. Its constitution and accounts (audited by GSL Révision) are submitted every year to the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés. They can be consulted on line (identification number: F 554).
