This slogan, promoted by the management of Malian
microfinance institution, Kafo Jiginew, supports its members and highlights the fact that the quality of the entire institution depends on the quality of the men and women who make it up.
It also highlights the essential role played by human resources in the success of any development action which, for SOS Faim and its partners, is action for change within society.
This is the reason why SOS Faim Belgium and SOS Faim Luxembourg have made human development central to their common cooperation strategy with Southern players, be they peasant organisations or microfinance institutions.
